What is the difference between conventional solar panels and modular solar panels in usage?

The Modular solar panel - Solar Tile functions the same as conventional solar panels, but different in building methodology. Modular Solar panels allow users to build their solar panels using solar tiles as components in different shapes and sizes.question go to app settings and press "Manage Questions" button.

Can I install the panels myself?

Yes. Our DIY design makes the entire kit capable of being assembled by the end-user. See the manual and our website for detailed instructions and guides.

Won’t I get electric shocks while installing the panel?

While there is always a risk of electric shock while handling photoelectric materials, using protective equipment and following the instructions in the manual will ensure a safe installation.

Does it have limitations on the size of the solar panel that can be built using solar tiles?

There is no limitation on the size of the modular solar panel can be built, you can build specific voltage for your solar panel, the power output of the modular is proportional to the number of the solar tiles, which means the panel with more power output is required to have more space to install. Be caution, the higher voltage of the solar panel to be built, the higher the risk of getting electric shock, we recommend user DO NOT BUILD MODULE SOLAR PANEL WITH MORE THAN 30.0V, UNLESS YOU ARE PROPERLY TRAINED.

Do my solar panels produce power when the sun isn’t shining?

The amount of power your solar energy system can generate is dependent on the total hours of sunlight. As a result, your solar panels will produce slightly less energy when the weather is cloudy. However, because of high electricity costs and financial incentives, solar is a smart decision even if you live in a cloudy city.

Can I use the panel in my house / RV?

The panels are customizable and flexible enough to be adapted to a shape or configuration that best fits the available space.

Does it have any sequence when we hook up the Solar Tiles in the modular solar panel?

Yes, Every Solar Tiles has one positive and negative connector, the gap is about 1 mm between two connected Tiles. The positive side of one tile and negative of another tile need to be connected firmly with its buckles. And go forth, use Type A, Type B and Type C to continue the loop in the modular solar panel according your shapes ,sizes of your panel We do recommend user to connect in sequence until open-ended positive connector of one tile and open-ended negative connector of another tile are facing same direction and side by side of each other like the graph above

Do I need to clean the panel?

While they are resistant to degradation, cleaning surface dust and dirt will keep them performing optimally.

Where should I place the modular solar panel?

The modular solar panel can be placed on the flat surfaces, or slightly curved surfaces which are accessible to the sun.

Can I step on the solar tile?

Solar Tiles cannot be stepped unless you have protection over the tiles

Can I return the products?

Yes. Returns are accepted according to situations, please see the warranty and return policies. Production is expected to start July 2022 and we start shipping from September 2022

How do I plan my solar panel system?
