    Preorder can be canceled at least 30 days before the release date March ,30 2023. if you decided to cancel a pre-order, a 3% admin fee will be deducted if refund in cash, or the balance can be used for shopping other solar products online. please contact davinci@squaresolarinc.com to confirm.

  • SHIPPING INFO

    Shipping methods, prices, dates and surcharges will be displayed during check-out. Regular shipping costs do not apply to orders placed from the US. All orders within Canada are usually shipped within 5-7 business days and all US orders are usually shipped within 7-10 business days.

    Tracking is offered for all items. If you did not receive a tracking number, please email us at davinci@squaresolarinc.com to request for a tracking number. 
    In the case of refunds, all costs related to the return (shipping costs & duties) are to be covered by the customer. 

  • WARRANTY

    Warranty

    All Solar Square products come with a 5 year warranty, unless listed otherwise. This covers products that had initially arrived with manufacturing defects or came damaged in packaging.

    The warranty does not cover damages resulting from regular use or damage resulting from regular use, setup/installation, removal or abuse.
