Are there any functional differences between conventional solar panels and Modular Solar Panels?
No, there are no functional disparities. Although our Modular Solar Panels – Solar Tile may appear smaller in size compared to conventional solar panels, they serve the same purpose. The only variation lies in the fact that our specially designed Modular Solar Panels can be customized into different sizes and shapes to cater to your specific needs.
Do my solar panels generate power when it's not sunny?
Similar to all other solar panels, the power generation of your solar panels relies on the total hours of sunlight. Consequently, your solar panels will produce slightly less energy on cloudy days.
Do I need to clean the panel?
While the panels are designed to withstand degradation, it is recommended to clean off any surface dust and dirt to ensure optimal performance.
Can I step on the solar tile?
It is not recommended to step directly on the solar tiles unless you have proper protection in place.
Learning About Installation
Do I need a professional to install the panels?
No, you don’t. Our user-friendly design allows for easy installation and connection of the panels. Each of our packages includes an installation guide to assist you throughout the installation process.
Will there be a risk of electric shock when I install the panels?
While there is always a risk of electric shock when handling photoelectric materials, using protective equipment and following the instructions in the installation guide will ensure a safe installation.
Is there any limitation on the size of the solar panel that can be formed using solar tiles?
No, there is no limitation on the size of the Modular Solar Panel. You can connect solar tiles to create a solar panel according to your needs. The more tiles you connect, the larger the panel will be, resulting in a higher power output. However, please be cautious as there is a higher risk of electric shock when building a solar panel with higher power output. We advise users not to construct a Modular Solar Panel with an output exceeding 30.0 volts unless they have received proper training.
Where should I place the modular solar panel?
You can place the modular solar panel on flat surfaces or slightly curved surfaces that are easily accessible to the sun’s rays.
Can I use the panel in my house/RV?
Absolutely! The panels are highly customizable and flexible, allowing you to adapt them to any shape or configuration that best suits the available space in your house or RV.
